Inauguration Day & Shut the Heck Up Already

January 20, 2009: President Obama's Inauguration Day!

And what a day it has been: parades, speeches, and balls, oh my! Every news station is playing peoples' reactions and frankly, I'm sick of hearing about it.



Yes, I understand this is a very historic day, and yes, I do understand that change is around the corner. I have had my moments of sheer jubilation, but I can't extend it for 24 hours a day, a week straight. So congratulations Obama! I hope you can do all the things your promise to do for America! I'm just glad Bush is gone for good! Now that is something I can raise a beer to!
